Your self-reliance has you stuck.
This one goes out to all the Ones who always end up in charge.
The Ones who've shouldered the weight of every group project since grade school.
The Ones who parented their parents.
The Ones who take it upon themselves - and by “it,” I mean EVERYTHING.
Here's the message for you:
You're right: you do have to do it yourself.
But also?
You don't have to do it alone.
I know you're thinking:
“I should be able to handle this.”
“I should've already figured this out by now.”
“I don't really need help - others have it so much worse than me.”
Hey: this logic has served you for a long time.
This logic got you through childhood,
and has helped you achieve a good measure of success in adulthood.
(People do enjoy a woman who gives a lot and doesn't ask for much in return.)
But if you're still reading,
I bet you've discovered the limits of this kind of self-reliance.
You've encountered the exhaustion tinged with bitterness.
You feel the lonely pressure, and its energetic wear and tear.
And here's what I've learned, from personal experience and from helping scored of clients:
You've climbed this particular ladder as far as it goes.
If you want access to the next level - to YOUR next level -
you don't need more discipline.
You don't need to manage your time/energy/mind.
There's nothing you need to earn. Not money, not titles, not degrees.
In short:
You do not need to achieve your next level.
It's actually much harder than that.
You need to allow it.
This means inviting lots of support for yourself. Much more support than is comfortable.
This means opening to co-creativity and community. Community with fellow stellar beings.
This means learning to trust that what's best for everyone is what's best for YOU.
I created a place for you to learn to open and allow, to trust in your worthiness, to begin to receive as much as you give.
It's called Cauldron.
Cauldron offers you multi-layered support as you open to a new way of being.
It teaches you how to amplify and deeply trust your magic.
Best of all, it invites you to do this in the warm and sparkling company of fellow extraordinaries.
Take a look, and if it speaks to you?
Apply for a call with me to talk about how, exactly,
this particular group project is all about supporting YOU.
Let's connect this week, so you can join November 1.
love,
Natalie
