Bravely, boldly, beautifully boneless ✨

I'm having a No Bones day.

(If you're wondering WTF is a No Bones day, read this.)

I used to rage against No Bones days -

so thoroughly -

that I couldn't even acknowledge I was having one.

I'd push through and press on, thinking that feeling better

was surely right on the other side of the workout / tidied kitchen / answered emails / finished deliverable.

Maybe you already know:

actually what's on the other side of Pushing Through and Pressing On

are Anger. Resentment. Burnout. Illness.

(I myself learned this the hard way.)

Now, one of the main things I help my clients do

is rest without resistance or guilt.

Sounds simple, maybe, but it is actually profoundly countercultural work,

and it is the most empowering shift my people make.

Honoring your No Bones days, I promise,

is an unparalleled catalyst

for world-changing creativity and impact,

not to mention next-level wellness, self-trust, and luminosity.

Now please excuse me while I lounge on this sunny patio.

I have work to not-do.

xo,

Natalie
