Know what I'm working on right now?

Trust in my desire.

I am so ready to trust - even more fully -

that I am safe to go for what I really, REALLY want.

And that some way, somehow, I will get exactly what I came for.

How are you doing on this front, my friend?

Do you feel free to want what you want?

Do you feel empowered to go for it?

If it's a little tricky for you - like it is for me - that makes sense.

For one, our culture sees desire -

especially desires of non- white/male/hetero/ablebodied capitalists -

as dangerous, and even wrong.

And two, we all know we're out here co-creating this reality,

and not all the co-creators are gentle, generous hotties with lumberjack beards, just waiting to feed us.

And yet

I know from experiences both lovely and difficult:

when I heed my desires, my life sparks with magic and aliveness.

I'm not about to spend my One Wild and Precious Life

feeling stuck and stifled.

And I super, SUPER hope that neither will you.

Here's a spell I'll be casting today, all about the power of Wanting.

May we urge our way toward growth and fulfillment,

feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
